∙Handcrafted from sustainably sourced California redwood.

∙This is a live edge table top. Edges of table will be thinner than a finished table edge and can be more suseptable to damage. Care and caution is recommended when tucking chairs in.

∙This table is coated in a non toxic water based sealant and polished with beeswax and orange oil to deepen the luster of the wood.

∙Furniture made from natural wood will display a variation of colors, grain patterns, knots, and other natural inclusions. These are normal and should be expected.

NOTE: This table can be selected for indoor or outdoor settings. Please take care to select the option this table will be used for. Outdoor sealants will protect the table from UV rays, mild fluctuations in temperature and water damage expected for outdoor furniture. Indoor furniture will not have the same sealant as the furniture will not be expected to be weatherproof. Prolongued exposure to harsh elements will damage indoor furniture if left outdoors.

Care Instructions Indoor

Each piece of Norngaard indoor furniture goes through a multi step treatment process prior to shipping to ensure it will hold up to everyday wear and tear. There are however several things you can do to care for your furniture so it can be enjoyed for many years to come.

•Clean your furniture with a damp cloth or any non abrasive furniture polish/cleaner.

•Do use coasters for beverages when possible, and clean up any spills when they happen.

•Do not scrape furniture with sharp objects. Deep dents or scratches can cut through the protective sealant and damage the wood.

•Avoid prolongued direct sunlight exposure or extreme fluctuations of temperatures for all indoor furniture as this can damage the wood or cause the wood to move.

• Do not use hash chemicals or abrasive cleaners to clean your indoor furniture

Care Instructions Outdoor

•Furniture made from natural materials may move slightly as temperature and humidity cause the materials to expand and contract. This is normal and should be expected from season to season.

•When possible, do not keep outdoor furniture in direct exposure to extreme elements to avoid UV damage.

•Clean your furniture with a damp cloth or any non abrasive furniture polish/cleaner.

•Do not scrape furniture with sharp objects. Deep dents or scratches can cut through the protective sealant and damage the wood.

• Do not use hash chemicals or abrasive cleaners to clean your indoor furniture

This item will ship between 8-10 weeks of order date with typically another 3-7 business days in transit through UPS curbside freight shipping company.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hrs of the time stamp on your order confirmation.

If you want to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at dee.dannelly@norngaard.com. All order cancellation requests are subject to approval. 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, the fragility of our resources, and shipping costs, we do not offer refunds or returns for large items such as coffee tables, dining tables, or outdoor furniture. Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or cancelled. We process orders quickly and your order may be too far along to be changed or cancelled. Please ensure your purchase will be able to fit inside your home prior to purchase.

We take extreme care to make sure your ordered furniture is duribly consturcted, carefully made to specific specifications, and safely packaged for seamless shipping to your door- however, should your order arrive with any type of structural damage, note the damage, do not sign the delivery slip and please contact us immediately. We will work tirelessly to make it right.
